The Studio of Engaging Math invites students in grades 7-10 to join our new “Linguistic for STEM minds” online program, designed for those passionate about both languages and STEM.
Languages are fascinating. They emerge seemingly on their own. No single person seems to invent their grammar, yet they exhibit a rigorous structure and well-defined rules. We will explore the origins of languages, their history, how languages change, and methods for studying languages of the past. Additionally, students will learn about different language types, their grammar, their relationships, and the diverse language families found on Earth today. Linguistics is a precise science governed by logical principles. Join us to see how it bridges the love for languages with the analytical and technical skills of STEM.
The course includes 8 weekly online lessons 90-minute each on
Fridays on 4:00 pm
starting on October 18.
The cost of the program is $360.
If after the first two classes, you decide that this course is not a good fit, the tuition will be prorated and credited to your account or refunded, no proration or refunds will be issued after the second lesson.
